WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
- We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal. We do not accept cash, checks or money orders.
- Sales Tax will applied to all orders in Texas*
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS ORDERS?
- Orders are processed in 1-2 business days not including weekends and holidays.
- Orders placed after 12pm on Fridays will not be processed until Monday.
- After your order is processed, your order will be shipped with USPS.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
- You will be sent a confirmation email with a tracking number to the email given to us.
- If you do not receive this email within 2 days of purchasing your order- please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Please include "Confirmation Email" in the subject line of the email so we can promptly confirm your order.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN?
- We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen when the customer enters an incorrect address or a package that says it was delivered.
- Customer will be responsible for re-shipping any package that comes back to us as undeliverable.
- If the customer wishes to file a claim or police report, we will provide order and tracking information.
- Shipments proven to be lost or misdirected in transit will be reshipped to the customer at no extra charge.
- If order is lost in transit and items are out of stock, the customer will be refunded (provided the correct shipping address was given).
HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?
- Due to our inventory constantly changing, we are unable to cancel orders.
WHAT IF MY ITEMS ARE DAMAGED?
- We inspect each item we receive from the wholesaler upon arriving to us as well as inspecting each piece before it is shipped to you. As we try our best to always ensure you receive non-damaged items, we do realize we are human.
- If you receive a damaged item, please send a picture of the damage as well as a picture of the original attached tags within 3 days of receipt to email@example.com with "Damage" in the subject line.
- Without clear photos we will not proceed.
- We will respond to your email within 3 business days.
- Items requesting to be returned due to damage are to be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of any stains, pet hair or odors of any kind.
